Our Easter stay was wonderful! the hotel's location was great - very close to the onsen area. Although it was recommended to have a car, we didn't have one, and we didn't have any trouble getting around. We loved the breakfast and dinner they served. the variety of dishes was impressive, and the taste was impeccable. the onsen was definitely the best part of our stay. It was clean, peaceful and relaxing. the room might have been on the smaller side, but it was still very comfortable. the staff was courteous and warm, one helpful staff member spoke good English and made us feel at home.
Some staff members couldn't speak English, which made communication difficult.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to experience onsen, with a quiet and peaceful environment. The breakfast and dinner provided exceeded expectations with a wide range of dishes and flavors to try. The onsen was a highlight, leaving us feeling refreshed and relaxed. The room was smaller compared to others we've stayed in but still provided comfort. The staff was lovely, despite the language barrier, they were helpful and friendly, one staff member is able to communicate in English.
It may be more convenient if you have your own vehicle to travel around the area. The size of the room was indeed smaller compared to others, but the onsen experience and other facilities made up for that.

The location was quiet, close to the popular Kusatsu onsen area. Although a car would be convenient, I found transportation options easily accessible. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel were really good, filled with good surprises. The staff, though limited in English, were helpful and friendly.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
